Timing resolution varies from version to version of HTBasic. Millisecond timing resolution is not available on the IBM PC. HTBasic is dependant upon the Operating System’s timing resolution, all timing functions within HTBasic have a best resolution of about 55 milliseconds while running under Windows 95/98/ME and 10 milliseconds wile running under Windows NT & 2000.
