Level-0 Widgets Only. If the value of this attribute is set to 1, An X will be drawn at the far-right in the title bar of the widget When the user clicks on that button, the widget will send a message to the ON EVENT handler. If there is an ON EVENT setup to process theCLOSEABLE attribute for that widget, the widget will close.
If the value of this attribute is set to 0, no button appears in the title bar and the widget is not closeable. You cannot close the dialog or widget from the keyboard (without a mouse interface).
