Widgets Only. The HELP TOPIC attribute provides access to an HTBasic index or topic_id from a file. If both HELP FILE and HELP TOPIC are turned off in the CONFIG file, access to all help is turned off. If HELP FILE or HELP TOPIC is turned off locally, a screen indicating no help is available will be displayed when the right mouse button or the F1 key is pressed.
