The INCREMENT attribute rounds the VALUE attribute to the nearest specified INCREMENT when programmatically settingVALUE, pressing Return, or loss of focus when CHECK FOR DONE is set. Declaring an INCREMENT of "0" directs HTBasic to not alter the VALUE. "0" is the default.
