Limits Widget - Orientation

 
This attribute determines the direction or layout of the BAR.

Description
"VERTICAL",
"UP"
The bar will be oriented vertically and the VALUE    
attribute will increase in the up direction
"HORIZONTAL"
"RIGHT"
The bar will be oriented horizontally and the
VALUE attribute will increase toward the right
