Panel Widget - Scroll Justification
SCROLL JUSTIFICATION is used with "SIZE CONTROL": "SCROLLABLE" when current client area height is not an integral of "SCROLL HEIGHT UNITS". This attribute specifies with which edge of the work area to align "SCROLL HEIGHT UNITS".
