Greetings all,
I purchased a license back in March, I installed HTBasic on a XP machine I was using as my lab system controller. I have since replaced it with a Windows 10 machine and now I am unable to install HTBasic because the installer fails to download some files it needs before installation. Anyone else have this problem? Or am I just going to have to purchase another version.

Hi Craig,
The .Net files previously required to be downloaded to install HTBasic are now included in the current installer packages. So, you could try downloading and installing the current Trial version here: https://transera.com/downloads/ (note you will have to login first). Then try installing your 10.0 version.
Let me know if this works.

Thanks for all the help Ralph. Installing the .Net 3.5 libraries from Microsoft did the trick, I’m now up and running again.
