The value of X specifies the horizontal location of the left side of the dialog or widget. The units of X are pixels. For level-0 widgets and for dialogs, the value of X is relative to the left side of the HTBasic outside window client area. If the widget is a child widget, the value of X is relative to the left side of the parent widget's client area.
