The value of Y specifies the vertical location of the top of the dialog or widget. The units of Y are pixels. For level-0 widgets and for dialogs, the value of Y is relative to the top of the HTBasic outside window client area. If the widget is a child widget, the value of Y is relative to the top of theparent widget's client area.
