NI PCIe-GPIB

I recently upgraded to new machines running Windows 10 with NI PCIe-GPIB cards. I am using Transera HTBasic 10.0.1. After porting over programs which ran fine on Windows 7, I find I have issues I believe may be GPIB communication related in particular while communicting with an HP8566B Spectrum Analyzer. Are there any updated drivers available for National Instruments PCIe-GPIB cards? Is there a recommended legacy driver that might work? Has anyone else encountered suspected driver issues with NI PCIe-GPIB.

Another user had a similar problem involving GPIB cards that was resolved by updating their Keysight libraries.
